For every voter the system allows entering the following data:

• Mailing Addresses

• Absentee Ballots
• Election Judge Records
• Images of Registration Forms
• Image of Signature
• Notes
• User-Defined Data

Voter addresses are kept as a separate list; voter records reference the addresses. A change of a voter's address is reflected as a reference change. The system distinguishes between corrections to the address record and changing reference to the address for a voter. Histories of changes are maintained for both voters and addresses.
