Sometimes an election authority needs to select a group of voters and perform a series of operations involving several steps (for example, sending confirmation of address notices and changing voters' status to suspended).

Populex® Voter Registration allows the user to create as many selection groups as needed. Voters can be then added into a selection. When working with a selection, the voters can be included in the same report or update. After every operation the voter selection status (step) can be updated.

Voters in selections may be filtered by their selection status (step). Also, individual voters can be marked manually. All reports and updates can be run on all, filtered voters or marked voters. Thus, even when working with a selection the user can break the list down further and have multiple options to identify which voters to process.
